An Audience with Santa is a shared group experience with a maximum of 15 children per session. Up to 2 adults per family group may accompany children through the experience at no extra charge.

Slots can be booked for the following times on each of the days – 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00. Advance booking online is essential – tickets are on sale below. 

Terms & Conditions –

Entry to the An Audience with Santa session is only permissible when a confirmation email/booking reference number is shown to a member of staff on arrival. Tickets purchased are only valid for the date and time slot selected.

The maximum number we can accept in each time slot is 15 children with 2 adults per family group. There is no charge for accompanying adults or children under the age of 2 if sat on an accompanying adult’s knee. Please note that only children who have paid for ticket will receive a gift from Santa.

Children who have purchased a ticket for the session will receive a small gift deemed suitable for the age provided. Gifts cannot be exchanged either during or after the An Audience with Santa Experience

Santa’s Workshop is Wheelchair accessible. Please contact us to discuss any special requirements before booking tickets.

Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

If you are late or miss your booked slot we regret that this cannot be rearranged. No refunds will be given unless the Event should have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In this instance we will try where possible to rearrange your Workshop visit for an alternative day or time. If not possible we will arrange a full refund.
