At Falkland Estate we are keen to encourage sustainable travel. Where do you live and how would you get to the site? *

There are three pre specified designs for huts on the Falkland Estate: Small, Medium and Large. Build costs will depend on several factors such as whether you can self-build, use reclaimed materials or make minor variations to the standard design (which may require a planning fee), etc. As a very approximate idea, based on using a professional builder and with a high spec of insulation and fittings, costs are in the region of: £25,000 - £70,000. Please state which size of hut you're interested in. *
