A creative workshop for leaders who want to feel good about themselves, lead from a grounded place, and create more connected workplaces.
Do you ever feel like leadership asks you to be everything to everyone? You’re not alone.
This workshop (15th June) is for leaders, managers, founders, team leads and anyone responsible for supporting others at work. It’s for those moments when you’re holding responsibility, making decisions, supporting people, trying to do the right thing, and wondering how to keep showing up without losing yourself in the process.
This is not a traditional sit-and-listen leadership workshop. It is active, reflective, creative and practical.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Self — How do you show up as a leader, especially under pressure?
- Team — What helps people feel safe, connected, motivated and able to do their best work?
- System — What small habits, tools and actions can help create a healthier workplace beyond the workshop?
You’ll leave with:
- New awareness of your leadership patterns
- Practical tools to use with your team
- Action points for you and your workplace
- Space to reconnect with the kind of leader you want to be
Expect gentle movement, creative activities, reflection, conversation, practical tools… and cake.
The workshop will take place in a beautiful yurt set within the stunning Falkland Estate, a warm, peaceful and grounding space surrounded by greenery.
