We will start the afternoon with a Flower Chakra Meditation

 After the meditation we will go straight into The Essence of the Butterfly with Shamanic Drumming

Following on from the relaxing meditation and drumming there will be a Sacred circle of spiritual connection

Bloom & Divination: Flower Crowns with Psychic Flower and Oracle Readings

 As this is a celebration of your connection to nature, and your sacred self we will finish the afternoon with sacred dance.

What to bring:
 Flowers will be provided, feel free to bring your own if you wish to do so or if you have a special flower you would like to bring for your flower reading.
 A journal & pen if you wish to take any notes
Stay hydrated, bring a drink. (A bottle of water will be provided)
A mat, blanket for meditation and an eye mask if you like to block out the light.
