CLOTHES SWAP EVENT

Fancy a wee change to your wardrobe that doesn’t break the bank and is environmentally friendly?

Swishing is a participatory event – you donate clothes/shoes/accessories that you want to swap (in advance) and in return you get to pick and takeaway other clothes/shoes/accessories on the evening.

It should be a fun evening at the Stables on Friday 17th March! Bring your friends, BYOB and some nibbles. Before the event…bring clothes/shoes/accessories you would like to swap to the Stables. On the night we will have all your swishing clothes arranged by size and everyone will get a chance to take what they want during the evening. There will be an opportunity to try on clothes on the night. Anything left over will be donated to charity.

Spaces are limited so if you and your friends would like to come, please book now.

We ask that everyone brings the clothes (shoes, accessories – but no earrings please) they want to swap to the Stables before Thursday 16th March to give us time to get everything arranged. Just drop your bags at the Stables Shop, open every day from 10am to 4pm.

Please make sure the items you are swapping have been washed and there are no rips or tears. 

We are happy to swap men’s, women’s and children’s clothes/shoes/accessories but we imagine that the majority of clothes will be for women.

There will be a raffle so please bring loose change with you. And don’t forget BYOB and nibbles! Tea and coffee will be available on the  night.
