Get creative this Christmas and make a beautiful, natural wreath to proudly display in your home, using willow and seasonal foliage from Falkland Estate.

Join us in our cosy Workshop at The Stables for a relaxed, hands-on festive experience. You’ll learn how to weave your own willow wreath base from scratch before decorating it with seasonal foliage to create a unique Christmas decoration of your own.

With the warmth of the roaring log fire, the sound of festive tunes, the fresh scent of seasonal greenery and the promise of tea, coffee and a delicious mince pie, it’s a lovely opportunity to slow down, get creative and embrace the spirit of Christmas.

We’re delighted to welcome back The Thistle Shed, whose floral expertise will help guide you through the process and inspire you to create a beautiful, natural wreath.

What’s included?

• Make your own willow base: Learn the art of willow weaving and create the foundation for your wreath from scratch.
• Natural, seasonal materials: Use estate-grown willow, harvested foliage and all the fixings you’ll need to bring your creation to life.
• Friendly, expert guidance: Enjoy guidance throughout the session, from weaving your base to adding the finishing touches. No previous experience is necessary.
• Festive refreshments: Enjoy tea, coffee and a delicious mince pie while you craft.

Make it your own

We love seeing everyone’s individual creativity shine through! You’re welcome to bring along your own special touches, such as dried fruit, baubles, ribbons, fairy lights or a sentimental decoration, to make your wreath truly personal.

You’ll leave with a beautiful, handmade wreath to proudly display in your home throughout the festive season, along with the satisfaction of having created it yourself, from the willow base upwards.
