New and recent work by Glasgow-based artist, Laura Fitzpatrick BA, will be exhibited at the Gallery on Falkland Estate from 1 – 31 July.

Come and see the recent body of work inspired in part by the Covid-19 pandemic and the resulting periods of ‘lockdown’. Forced to enjoy nature only through fleeting visits to public parks and gardens, this artist continues to respond to everyday foliage, shrubs and plants by imbuing them with a vibrancy and restlessness that defy their neat domestic environments.

Born in Dundee, Laura Fitzpatrick now lives and works in Glasgow, graduating Glasgow School of Art in 2013.
